2012 Horse Trials

Thursday 5th JULY - Sunday 8th July 2012

We are delighted that after the success of last years inaugural event and after much discussion with riders, owners, spectators and tradestands, the Glanusk International Horse Trials will continue to expand the Country Fair and Fishing experience as well as a children's play and adventure area over the 4 day period.

MOUNTED GAMES 2012

We are thrilled to announce that the International Mounted Games will return with over 90 competitors from 13 countries will also be participating at the event.

We are very grateful for the continued support from the Welsh Government and Sport Wales for this event. We are deeply grateful to those organisations who have sponsored the event over the last two years.

COUNTRY FAIR AND FISHING 2012

The Country Fair will be made up with dog agility, displays, tradestands and will have dedicated Countryside Arena that include guns, equipment, machinery and everything you would expect to see at a Country Fair!!! We are particularly looking forward to the fishing demonstrations on the river with expert anglers passing on their knowledge at the Fishing Village.  

CHILDREN'S PLAY AND ADVENTURE AREA 2012

We have set aside a large grassed area adjacent to the tradestands which will be filled with mini quad bikes, a fair, a climbing wall, shooting gallery, fun stalls, fun fair and many more children's activities.

FOOD AND DRINK

Throughout the event area, visitors and guests will be spoilt for choice with a huge variety of food and drink available.
